Join ADHD coach and former Wright Stuff TV presenter Hester Grainger at the Torch Theatre on June 6 for a fun evening of open conversation, laughter and a refreshingly honest look at life in a safe space.
Hester alongside her husband Kelly are co-founders of neurodiversity consultancy Perfectly Autistic. Hester is the go-to ADHD expert in the press and a regular podcast guest. She even went viral after her appearance on ADHD Chatter with Alex Partridge, with clips from her episode being viewed more than 22 million times!
Join Hester for this interactive and dopamine-filled evening, where she will share how to embrace your speedy brain, learn to be kinder to yourself and how to focus on your strengths. She’ll also share her life as a mum and wife to two autistic / ADHD teenagers and her autistic / ADHD husband, talk about ADHD at work, relationships, friendships, what to do if you think you have ADHD and much, much more.
Hester says: “I am so excited that I get to tour the UK talking about ADHD, which is something I am so passionate about. Having been diagnosed in my forties, I’ve spent my whole life wondering why I do things in a certain way and now I know why. With the increase in awareness, a lot of people have questions and are keen to understand more.
The evening is going to be a fun, entertaining and honest conversation about ADHD, where the audience will get to ask questions, and nothing is off limits.”
You’ll leave feeling uplifted, empowered, understanding more about yourself and how your brain works - and knowing you’re not alone on this journey.
