A man with no fixed abode has been jailed for breaching a domestic violence protection order at Neyland.

Mr Graham Potter, aged 41, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on September 25 - the same day the offence was committed - and admitted to breaching the order made by Llanelli Magistrates Court on September 2.

While the defendant’s guilty plea was taken into account, he was sentenced to 21 days’ imprisonment. The reason given was that the offence was so serious because it was deliberate and third time in breach of the order, showing a “complete disregard for a court order”.
