A case at the court in Haverfordwest, which was dealt with as a sitting of Cardiff Magistrates Court, saw a man jailed for seven days this week.
On February 27, Curtis Card, of Brithdir Street, Cathays, pleaded guilty to failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment.
The 35-year-old had failed to reside as directed, failed to keep in touch with the supervising officer, and had not been present to attend two appointments in February 2024.
Card was committed to prison for seven days “because defendant has deliberately breached a strict requirement of Post Custodial Supervision”. In addition to the custodial sentence, he was ordered to pay costs of £60.
