A local employer appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates on April 16.

Stephen Thomas, of Tiers Cross, pleaded guilty to the following: that on or before March 31, 2021 at Unit 10, Waterston Industrial Estate, Milford Haven, he failed to ensure the health, safety and welfare at work of all his employees in that an employee was exposed to risk during the clearing of waste materials, including blockages from a JCB410 loading shovel.

Sentencing takes place at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on June 6.
