Haverfordwest magistrates found special reasons not to endorse the licence of a Clynderwen man who drove without insurance.
The 23-year-old man appeared in court on Monday, September 25, pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Caddy on the A475 Canaston Bridge, Narberth, without insurance.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £337, plus costs of £250 and a victim services surcharge of £135. They did not impose penalty points on the licence, however as, ‘on the balance of probabilities, the court was satisfied that the defendant was misled into believing that he was insured to drive.
