DESPITE some appalling weather on March 25, ten pairs turned out to play Duplicate Bridge at Penally.

Although the majority of boards were unhelpfully yielding part scores, many of which went off, three pairs managed to score in excess of 60%. Joint top were Jill and John, the only pair to make a Slam, and Geoff and Paul V. on 61.98%, followed by Dave and Peter on 60.42%.
