Tenby Golf Club recently held a midweek shotgun start Foursomes Stableford competition for the R A Cup.

The cup was presented to the club by the Royal Artillery when the regiment was based in nearby Manorbier Camp.

This year’s winners were Dean Rossiter and his up-and-coming son Jamie. They scored an excellent 38 points.

Runners-up were another father and son, Neil and Jake Proctor with a very creditable 37 points. 

In third place were Allen Watts and Brian Jones with 36 points whilst Rob Willcox and Martin Spurin were fourth with 35 points. 

The next midweek Foursomes event will be the rearranged Tipton Cups, with the date still to be confirmed.
