Tinman Tuesday continues next week, with 11 Tinman Tuesday groups across the county collecting for local Foodbanks (writes Sharron Hardwick). Each group runs differently, some collect from homes whilst others arrange drop-off points, but one thing is for sure, they are all making a positive difference.
Wyndham Williams, Tinman Tuesday founder, is pleased to see local kindness becoming contagious, not only with those running the Tinman Tuesday groups, but those who are supporting them.
As we wait in hope for the current effects of the virus to ease, unfortunately we see the number of families in need of food growing, and this is why local Foodbanks require our support.
So, if you have a spare tin, packet of dried food, tea, coffee, long life milk or any new toiletries you would like to donate, please get in touch with your local group.
The next Tinman Tuesday Kilgetty And Surrounding Areas will take place on Tuesday, June 30.
