From Monday to Sunday, August 5 to 11, the Pembrokeshire village of Angle, near Pembroke is running a Festival Week, with daily church tours, as well as a raffle and events running through the week.

On Wednesday, August 7, the village hall will host ‘Songs from the Shows’ (7pm) with cheese and wine, then on Friday is ‘Beetle and Bingo’.

Sunday, 6pm, a Songs of Praise evening welcomes all at St Mary’s.

All Festival proceeds go to PATCH and St Mary’s Church, which will be decorated with floral displays. The church is open as usual every day, serving refreshments from 11am to 4pm daily.

Tours of St Mary’s Church, the churchyard and Seaman’s Chapel will be conducted every day at 2.30pm
