The first ever Tenby Repair Cafe - similar to the one pictured at Pembroke - will be taking place on Saturday, August 12 from 2pm to 4pm in Augustus Place Community Hall.
More repair volunteers are needed - do go along if you can! You do not need to be an expert in anything; if you can say “I can help you” or “I can’t help you”, that is fine.
You can bring along anything you would like some help to repair - the idea is the volunteer shows you how to do the repair and everyone ends up gaining new skills.
There will also be the usual Wears and Wares (clothing and household goods) table, where things can be donated and picked up by someone else.
The repair cafe gives everyone the opportunity to help the circular economy to grow... or just pop in for tea, coffee and a chat!
