At it’s latest meeting on February 13, Pembroke Town Council approved the following planning applications.
The first planning application that was approved was for the erection of two dwellings on Fourth Lane, in Pembroke.
Michael Thomas of Fourth Lane has submitted the application.
Town councillors approved the proposal with no objections.
The second application which was approved by members was an application submitted by Ms. Yvonne Llwellyn Phillips of Lower Lamphey Road, for a rear extension to the property, along with alterations to provide a dining room, larger bathroom and a utility room.
This application was approved with no objections.
The final application for consideration at the meeting was an application put forward by Chris Corfield.
As part of the proposals Mr. Corfield of Buttermilk Lane wants to add alterations or enlargements to the roof of his property.
The application was approved with no objections, but Councillor Clive Collins noted that the property in question has a narrow driveway and the entrance was on the back of a bend, meaning there would need to be sufficient road access.
