On New Year’s Eve, owners and staff at Parkdean Resorts, Pendine, held their annual fund-raising evening.

Over the night, owners and guests gave up their time and various prizes were auctioned off and along with donations, the grand some of £2,095 was raised for the lifesavers at Tenby Lifeboat Station, who have been the charity of the year for the park.

Tenby Lifeboat coxswain, Phil John, said: “We’re extremely grateful to the owners and staff at Park Dean, Pendine, for their amazing donation. It is generous gifts like this that the RNLI wouldn’t be able to run without.”
