The new CK Superstore in Narberth was officially opened by County Councillor Wynne Evans, who cut the ribbon at 9 am last Saturday.

People were waithing to shop from 7.20 am and the first customer was Mrs. Florence Phillips, of Church Street.

"I am delighted that the store is now open," said Clr. Evans. "It will certainly enhance the Narberth shopping experience and I hope will keep more people from the town shopping in town rather than going to other towns in the area."

The shop employs 37 staff and has already been nominated for an energy carbon trust award by Clr. Evans.
