Narberth could soon be sporting a new 3G multi-purpose pitch following notice of a planning application that is due to be submitted to Pembrokeshire County Council.

Sports Labs Consult, representing Pembrokeshire College in partnership with Narberth Rugby Club, is intending to apply for planning permission for a proposed new 3G synthetic rugby pitch within the grounds of Narberth RFC, located at Spring Gardens.

“The planning notice provides the opportunity for the community to comment directly to the developer on the proposals prior to the submission of the planning application to PCC, with any subsequent application to be publicised by the authority,” said project engineer for Sports Labs Ltd, Fraser Gilbert.

Copies of the proposed application, plans and other supporting documents can be viewed online at: www.sportslabsconsult.com/narberth

Computer facilities to view the application online are available at Narberth Community Library, in St. James Street.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this proposed development can also write to the applicants via email at [email protected] or by post at: Sports Labs, 1 Adam Square, Brucefield Industry Park, Livingston Scotland, EH54 9DE

The consultation period lasts 28 days, with the deadline for responses May 18.
