TENBY RNLI has received a donation of £7,500 from Caerphilly-based Ajay Group, after the electrical engineering firm marked its 25th year with fundraising events and staff challenges.

The campaign, which also benefits St Davids Hospice Care and the Prince’s Trust, served as a tribute to Jason Beament, the group’s managing director, who sadly passed away in December 2020.

Group operations director Simon Beament, said: “Tenby has always been a special place for us as a family to visit, and Jason was especially fond of the area. When we decided to launch #AyjayChallenge25, it was important we recognised Tenby, the RNLI, and the long-standing relationship they’ve had in the area.”
