Councillor Sam Skyrme-Blackhall was recently contacted by residents in Augustus Place in Tenby concerned at high levels of dog fouling around Augustus Place Community Centre.
Following discussions at Tenby Town Council, it was agreed to install a camera as a deterrent. Gareth Morgan from WoW CCTV systems picked up on the story that was reported in the Observer. Mr Morgan contacted the Town Council and offered his services as a thank you for the Town Council providing financial support for the Greenhill Football team.
“One good turn deserves another,” said Mr Morgan as he showed the installed CCTV to Cllr Skyrme-Blackhall and Town Clerk Andrew Davies.
Cllr Sam Skyrme-Blackhall said “we are very grateful for Gareth and Wow cctv helping us in this way. Let's hope that the camera deters this anti-social behaviour.”
