Follow a step-by-step live tutorial and create ‘Percy the Penguin’ at Rachel’s Family Christmas Paintalong session next Saturday!
The family Paintalong event on December 9 at the De Valence Tenby promises two hours of arty fun, Christmas music, and festive refreshments to buy on the day.
Rachel Rasmussen is an established artist whose inspiration started at Greenhill School. Now living in Cardiff, she is bringing her popular Paintalong sessions to Tenby.
You can see her artwork in Tenby in The Nook. You might also have seen Rachel on TV. She took part in five episodes of the Channel 5 series Watercolour Challenge, being declared the winner in one of them. Her ethos, and one of the reasons she is introducing her Paint Along events to Tenby, is that art is for everyone. Anyone can do it, if they approach it step by step, and it’s great for wellbeing.
The Family Christmas Paintalong takes place from 5-7pm on December 9, at the De Valence Pavilion in Upper Frog Street, Tenby; an opportunity to spend quality family time with your older children (7+). You will leave the session with a lovely ‘Percy the Penguin’ painting to take home with you.
