A TENBY man will be sentenced in December following convictions for criminal damage and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Alexander Osborn, of Heywood Court, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on November 18.
The 24-year-old indicated guilty of two offences at the Delphi, South Parade, on November 16: Assault on a female occasioning actual bodily harm, and criminal damage to a t-shirt belonging to the victim.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared, with Osborn remanded on bail until sentencing at Haverfordwest on December 9.
Bail conditions require Osborn to refrain from direct or indirect contact with the victim, to live and sleep at the Heywood Court residence and to co-operate with the probation team.
