A teenager will face no further action following an alleged assault on a woman at a Pembrokeshire fast food restaurant.
It was alleged that the 16-year-old from the Pembroke area had assaulted a woman at McDonald’s in Pembroke Dock on December 14.
The case came before Haverfordwest Magistrates on June 27 and was adjourned. The teenager had been charged with assault by beating.
On August 7, at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court, it was confirmed the case against the teenager had been discontinued.
