A MILFORD Haven householder who failed to dispose of accumulated waste after being issued a community protection notice has been fined and subjected to a Criminal Behaviour Order.

Gavin James, age 44, resident at Vicary Crescent was not present in court on August 21 when Haverfordwest Magistrates issued the Order requiring him to make arrangements to remove all refuse and household waste.
James must pay a fine of £300 and victim services surcharge of £120 plus significant costs (£2,759.95) by September 19.
