Haverfordwest Magistrates have fined and banned a van driver who drove with defective tyres.
On June 10, Kenneth Griffiths, Fishguard pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes Sprinter on the A40 at Slebech on front tyres with exposed ply or cord.
The 66-year-old was fined £307, £400 to victim services and £90 costs. He was also fined £692 for not having a valid insurance policy and, as it was a repeat offence, was disqualified from driving for six months.
