A SWANSEA man has been banned and fined for drug driving in Pembrokeshire.
On Wednesday, February 15, Derrick Neal, of Ceri Road, Townhill drove a BMW 3 Series on the A477 at Llanteg, Pembrokeshire, when the proportion of a controlled drug (Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol) in his blood exceeded the specified limit.
Taking a guilty plea into account, magistrates at Haverfordwest disqualified Neal from driving for 12 months and issued a fine of £120, with costs of £85 and a victim services surcharge of £48 added to the total.
