ON Wednesday, February 12 just on 40 members of Tenby Friendship Club met for lunch at the Billycan Restaurant on Lower Frog Street.

Billycan closed for this private function and gave members a great choice of menu with huge portions and a choice of desserts after as well. Members remembered Pam and Dottie who were both in hospital. It was a very sociable, enjoyable occasion.

On Wednesday 19, members meet as usual in Augustus Place Hall to be entertained by St Mary’s Bell Ringers.

Tenby Friendship Club thought the St Marys Bell Ringers were amazing when they performed for an audience of 40 on February 19, and the variety of the pieces was incredible. Next Wednesday, members are asked to bring along an antique they know the history of, and wear a leek or daffodil in readiness for the St David’s Day Quiz.
