FIVE tables were in play at Penally Bridge Club on Monday, April 15, which made for a very competitive afternoon. 

Players were pleased to see Sue B back playing after a long absence, covering for John D who was recuperating after his recent eye operation.

Top pair (just) was Geoff and Paul V on 63.54%, very closely followed by Jill and John on 63.02%. Third were Doug and Lucy on 59.90%. Two slams were made on the same Board by Brenda and Alan, and Lucy and Doug.
