SINCE Monday, August 12, Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre has been trialling a dog friendly policy.

During the trial period, well behaved dogs are welcome in the museum and the surrounding grounds. The number of dogs in the museum is limited to three at any one time. Entry for dogs is free, but each dog must be kept on a short lead, accompanied and under control at all times.

The trial will run through to the end of the season.

The Heritage Centre has also noted on its Facebook page that someone is advertising a ‘fayre’ there for a weekend towards the end of September. “This has nothing to do with us,” they say. “We’ve not been approached about it, and it is likely a scam.”
