John King and Jackie Howells from Pembrokeshire County Council were guest speakers at Hundleton WI’s March meeting at Gilead Schoolroom.

They explained top tips on recycling and brought with them all the different bags and boxes available for recycling. Margaret Brown gave a vote of thanks.

Winners of the monthly competition ‘A Recycled Item’ were: 1st Jayne Smith; 2nd Sheila Evans; 3rd Jan Whitehead.

Tea hostesses for the afternoon were Margaret Davies and Margaret Brown.

Hundleton WI has entered a team in the Spring Quiz on Friday, April 4 and several members have tickets to see “Anything Goes” in the Torch Theatre on Friday, March 28.

The next meeting will take place on Tuesday April 1 at Hundleton Church Hall, starting at 7pm, when Michelle Evans-Fecci will speak on her time in the ‘Bake Off’ tent.
