Pembroke Dock residents are hoping for a better night’s sleep after last night’s disturbance.
Residents in and near Meyrick Street were woken around 1am on Wednesday, September 13 to prolonged shouting by a man in distress.
A few bangs were audible too, with some residents wondering if any property was being damaged.
Several police vehicles arrived on the scene, and the streets eventually grew quiet around 1.50am.
Dyfed-Powys Police said:
“We were called to Meyrick Street shortly after 1am where a man was experiencing distress.
“It was classified as a medical incident, and the man taken to hospital.
“There was no damage to property, and no further action taken.”
